C.H.M.M. College

CHMM College for Advanced Studies Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, a post graduate level institution, was established in 1995, with the objective of uplifting of people around, educationally and socially. The College is owned and managed by Muslim Education Trust for Coastal Area(METCA) with an aim of promoting Education among the weaker section of the society with a special focus to the coastal area. The college is Affiliated to the University of Kerala vide No. A.C.B1-3450/94 dt.30.06.1995 and approved by Government of Kerala.
The Trust is managed by a governing body under the chairmaship of KR Nazar, vice charman-Shri.Shamsudeen& Azhar M Rifai, General Secretary-Jaferkutty, Secretaies- Safarulla& Fasiludeen and Treasurer shri.A.Shihabudeen. CHMM College is an unaided first grade college, catering to the needs of youngsters, who have a special thirst for Education and knowledge and promoting quality education to students with the specific objective of offering cutting edge courses in Business Management& Information Technology.The college offers B.Sc.(Computer Science), B.Sc.(Electronics), BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application), B.Com (Elective-Computer Application), B.Com(Commerce and Tourism& Travel Management), BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), B.A(Communicative English), B.Com(Taxation Practice), M.Com(Finance), MCA(Master of Computer Application-AICTE approved) and MBA(Master of Business Administration-AICTE approved).The college has a lush green campus, extending over 15 Acres, well furnished class room, fully air conditioned computer lab with LAN facility, an un interrupted power system backed by UPS and generator, well established library with wide choice of books and periodicals, college transport etc.
